Good and bad

My good...

The day before Easter, I went to my first ever 5K.  I had two goals for that day.  The first was to try and come in under an hour and the second was not to come in last.   My typical "run" would be about 1 hr. and 5 minutes.  I came in at 54 min. 17 secs. which was absolutely amazing!  And I was not in last place which was a great feeling.


The bad...

I have lost all motivation for anything.  I need to kick it up a few notches and so not feeling it.  

Bleh.
